This is Stargate Charter School’s training facility In Thornton, Colorado. The space was built with a goal of maximizing time, space, and numbers. The concept was to move away from the “classic” weight room where space is limited, as the Stargate coaches wanted to incorporate agility and speed work as a part of each workout. With this design, the weight room is an extension of the gymnasium, allowing students and athletes to spill out of the weight room and use the nearby hardwood for training.
Equipment shown was finished in Purple Wave and Platinum Sparkle with Deep Violet upholstery.
