Cavazos Sports Institute
Jaime Cavazos, MS, CSCS is an accomplished trainer in the Rio Grande Valley who created his own training facility, the Cavazos Sports Institute. The CSI focuses on providing sport-specific strength and technique training to young athletes preparing for a career in college athletics and beyond.
Legend helped Jamie establish the highest standards of athletic preparedness by providing him with Pro Series Half Cages and Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Benches. The cages have Jet Black uprights and Platinum Sparkle crossmembers, while the benches feature Platinum Sparkle frames with black custom embroidered pads.
