AV Fitness is an all-women’s gym in Monahans, TX. The varied equipment selection (see below) shows that they intend to offer a broad selection of workout options for their clientele. Aside from the excellent SelectEDGE pin select and cable machines, there are also plenty of plate-loaded and Olympic lifting options as well. All are finished in Textured Black with Black pads, and custom logos on the platform and pad wear guards really lends this establishment with a classy look.
