Description

The Wood Plyo Box 3-in-1 is a robust, economical option for plyometric training. It is constructed from tough plywood that has been cut to shape with a computer-controlled router. It might be made of wood, but it’s still built Legend strong. All of the corners use box joint construction and are secured in two axes by screws. The edges are sanded off so that missed jumps aren’t quite as intimidating. Porthole handles make it easier to move around and rotate so you can take advantage of the three different heights. The Wood Plyo Box 3-in-1 measures 20, 24 and 30 inches in height (that’s where the 3-in-1 thing comes from).
