Description

Using a T-Bar Row exercises your complete back: upper and lower trapezius, the rhomboids, lats, the teres major, and the teres minor. A T-Bar Row machine that requires activating your entire body for stability makes it tougher.

our take on an “old school” exercise

There’s nothing to lean against, so the T-Bar Row exercises your full back. It also activates with your erector spinae, hamstrings, glutes, and adductors. No easy ride here!

The elevated, extra-wide diamond plate footplates allow for multiple stances and a solid foundation.The centralized starting position is lower than the floor for greater range of motion.

The chrome-plated adjustment surfaces on the height-adjustable handle makes changes smooth and easy. The foam handles offer a bit of comfort during reps. We built in three different grip options: wide, neutral and neutral close. All of this means T-Bar Row allows you to focus on all the areas you need!

Chrome-plated, Olympic size weight pegs, both on the arm and the weight storage tree, offer plenty of space to load up. The arm boasts a 13-inch weight peg, so heavy lifters can pull reps too.

Built Legend Strong

Made in the USA, the T-Bar Row has a fully welded frame, like most of our strength equipment. Four bolts hold the pivoting assembly to the frame. It ships fully assembled for immediate use after delivery. The footplates measure 9.5 by 22 inches, offering extra stability and varied foot placement.

A built-in weight storage tree welded on the left side keeps plates handy and ready for quick plate changes between sets.
