Description
One of the safest ways to maintain proper form while performing the squatting motion is using a leg press machine. The Supine Leg Press is a selectorized leg press machine that has features which make it rise above the competition. The frame was designed to have lots of welds but few bolts. This means that little will loosen over time and there is absolutely no frame flex during the exercise. The closed linear bearings glide on 1.25-inch solid steel rods, so there’s lots of smoothness and less long-term maintenance. The pads are thick for extra comfort, and the grab handles are foam-coated so grip isn’t a distraction. The large diamond plate footplate provides grip for all users. And finally, and easy-access weight stack makes for quick changes between sets.
Weight stack information
The standard weight stack on the Legend Fitness Supine Leg Press is 300 pounds in 20-pound plates.
NOTE: The feet of all pin select machines now feature 3.5 x 3-inch bolt-down tabs for enhanced safety and stability. The dimensions stated here properly reflect this change, but the bolt-down tabs may not be pictured in the photos above.
