Sit-ups have been around for ages, but there’s always room to take them up a level. That is, there’s always room when it comes to the Mini Sit-Up from Legend Fitness! Get up off the floor and working on a 30° angle for extra resistance. The contoured pad, upholstered shin rollers, and foam rubber coated handles make crunch time a little more pleasant.
