Description

For a complete chin up and dip station, look no further than the Dip/Chin Assist from Legend Fitness. This pin select machine makes doing chin ups or dips more accessible to beginners, but is still useful for seasoned users. The multi-grip chin up bar, rounded dip handles, and thick upholstered knee pad make things a little more comfortable.

Weight stack information

The Dip/Chin Assist has a 200-pound weight stack in 10-pound increments. If you need more weight, 250-pound or 300-pound weight stack upgrades are available, also in 100 pound increments.

 

NOTE: This machine features a 30 lb counterbalance to offset the weight of the knee pad.
