Description

The Dip/Ab/Push-Up starts with a fully welded, three-inch square tubing frame so it is ultra rigid. We added upholstered elbow and back pads and foam rubber covered grips to make things a little more comfortable. Use the upper handles for dips. Set your back against the pad and hold on tight for ab work. Move all the way down to the bottom handles for some elevated push-ups or a variation on dips. The Dip/Ab/Push-Up has non-slip grip tape on the step surfaces for a little extra safety.
