Description

Effectively, the Adjustable Cable Column is just half of a cable crossover, but don’t let that fool you into thinking that this is anything but an extremely flexible machine. It allows a multitude of exercises within a very small footprint. Slide the pulley mechanism up and down to the desired height. The chrome-plated column with laser-cut numbers makes for smooth, easy adjustments. Attach your grip of choice to the cable and have at it! Even leg and hip exercises are possible with the right loop or handle. This is an ideal piece for smaller garage gyms.

Weight stack information

The Adjustable Cable Column comes with a 150-pound weight stack. If you need more weight, you can upgrade to 200-, 250-, and 300-pound weight stack upgrades are available. This machine features 2:1 pulley reduction. This means that any selected weight will feel lighter by half due to an additional pulley between the user and the weight stack.

NOTE: The feet of all pin select machines now feature 3.5 x 3-inch bolt-down tabs for enhanced safety and stability. The dimensions stated here properly reflect this change, but the bolt-down tabs may not be pictured in the photos above.
