One: The Thoughtful Design
The Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench from Legend Fitness was designed to be easy to use and comfortable. The pads measure 10.5 inches across, which is wide enough for superior support, but not so wide that they get in the way when pulling reps.
Additionally, the Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench has a welded on transport system. The foam-coated handle and sturdy wheels make it easy to transport the bench from one end of your weight room to another if necessary. And so you don’t have to worry about having difficulties spotting a lifter from wherever your bench is located, it comes standard with an attached diamond plate spotter platform, which allows for a spotter to be utilized anywhere in the weight room.
Two: It’s Built Legend Strong
This shouldn’t be a surprise, but the Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench is built with the highest quality materials so that it can stand up to years of use by the toughest athletes or weight lifters. The frame is two- by three-inch eleven gauge steel and is coated with a durable powder coating finish.
The 10.5-inch wide pads are a robust three inches thick and use two-inch thick rebond foam. For even more durability, the foam density is a heavy duty eight pounds per cubic foot. It’s all upholstered with 32-ounce vinyl that’s stain resistant and top double-stitched. And because we care about even the smallest details, the 3/4 inch thick support has chambered edges and radiused corners for additional comfort and durability.
Three: Smooth, Easy Adjustments
Adjusting the Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench is as simple as it gets. A single pop pin moves both the seat and backrest to one of eight angles. The seat adjusts from zero to 75 degrees, while the seat back moves between zero and 55 degrees. This offers a wide variety of angles for all lifters and exercises.
Four: The Ultimate Complement to our Pro Series Cages
This bench was design to perfectly complement our Pro Series cages. Not only is it made with the finest materials like our Pro Series line, but it also comes with removable locating rods. These rods secure the bench into our Bench Docking System, which is an add-on component to most of our Pro Series racks and cages. The Bench Docking System locks the Pro Series Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench in place so that the real heavy lifters can do their thing without worrying about the bench slipping and sliding as they pull reps.
