Made of two-by-three-inch, 11 gauge steel, this robust utility bench was designed with the premier athlete in mind.
The single pop pin adjusts both the seat and the backrest to one of eight angles, while the attached diamond plate spotter platform allows athletes to utilize a spotter anywhere in the weight room, not just at the very back of the cage. Speaking of cages, the PRO SERIES Self-Adjusting Three-Way Bench comes with removable locating rods, which allow this bench to take advantage of the PRO SERIES Premier Docking System and lock into a PRO SERIES rack or cage for extra stability while training.
