Who says you can't find a good shoulder press! This one has been dialed in just right. You can select either arm, or both, either way you finish with a great converging motion. Starting weight is 15 lbs per arm.
Weight stack as supplied is 200 lbs, but may be upgraded to 250 lbs. or 300 lbs.
