Featuring independent arm movements, pivoting arms that adjust to arm length, dual position hand grips that promote a more specific isolation and reduce wrist torque, and a starting position that is adjustable over a 90 degree range, this machine is ready to hit your upper torso like nothing else. Great for isolating the pectorals, then move two pop pins and work the delts! Adjustable seat height. Fully welded. Like most Legend machines, the only bolts you'll find on this machine are at the pivot points, so it ships fully assembled and is as solid as it can be.
NOTE: This machine features 2:1 reduction, meaning that any selected weight will feel lighter by half due to an additional pulley between the user and the weight stack.
150 lb. weight stack is standard. 200 lb., 250 lb. and 300 lb. weight stack upgrades are available.
