Mt. Juliet High School

Mt. Juliet High School a 6A school that moved into its palatial new campus in 2008. Along with the new school came a new fieldhouse that needed new weight equipment. The Golden Bears are perennial contenders at the state level and Coach Roger Perry is very particular about every aspect of his program. "I have coached 33 years and I have used a lot of different things, but this equipment is the best. Our weight room is a number one priority, so we needed the best and we chose Legend Fitness. We contribute this to being one of the major players in our success."

The centerpiece of the Golden Bears' weight room are five Performance Series Half Cages in Jet Black with Sun Gold, and they hope to upgrade them with Pro Style Crossmembers soon. Three Pro Series Glute/Ham Developers give the Bears a boost in acceleration and help to minimize hamstring injuries, while the five Olympic Flats and five 3131 Lifting Platforms come in handy during the weightlifting competitions that Mt. Juliet is known to host. A couple Lat Pulldown/Low Row Combos, a Double Dip Stand and some dumbbell racks and bumper plate racks round out this formidable weight training package.
